Mevagissey is situated on the southern riviera coast 5 miles from St Austell and the Eden Project making it an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful county. There are a wealth of modern attractions within a short drive and these include Tate Gallery the Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Maritime Museum for you to explore. Approached via a shared steep driveway the bungalow is approached via 6 steps and is in a delightful elevated position with far reaching views and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin with sea views and 1 single.
