A TRADITIONAL COTTAGE JUST A SHORT STROLL FROM THE QUAYSIDE Situated in a terrace of houses in the centre of Appledore the cottage is less than a minute s walk to the quayside and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The village is steeped in seafaring history and has a Maritime Museum boat trips to Instow and fishing trips to enjoy. There is a range of shops pubs restaurants and galleries to sample as well as having lovely walks along the river or to Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sandy beach. There are many other attractions well worth a visit locally including the market town of Bideford with its pannier market The Big Sheep Clovelly with its cobbled streets National Trust s Arlington Court and much more. In the evenings enjoy the adjacent park or have a BBQ in the patio garden. The accommodation which is arranged over three floors offers THREE bedrooms: on the second floor 1 twin. On the first floor 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: on the ground floor with gas fire TV and DVD. Dining room: with woodburner effect fire.
