Located in a small village in the Colne Valley on the fringe of the Pennines and Peak District makes this an ideal spot for those looking to explore and appreciate the area. An excellent base for those who love the countryside with its many walks from a gentle stroll to more challenging treks cycling routes and bridle paths . A short drive from Huddersfield 30 minutes from Leeds and 45 minutes to Manchester which all have a wide variety of shops bars cafes and restaurants. There is also a good selection of pubs within a 10 minute walk. Stabling: available at an additional charge by arrangement direct with the owner. The charming accommodation is accessed via external steps and offers TWO bedrooms: on the lower floor 1 double and 1 single with additional pull-out bed that can arranged with the owner prior to your stay. Bathroom: on the lower floor bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the upper floor spacious open-plan room with flatscreen Smart TV and Freeview. Kitchen area with electric oven hob fridge with ice compartment microwave and dishwasher. Outside: patio area with garden furniture and far reaching countryside views.
