CLASSIC CORNISH COTTAGE JUST A STONE S THROW FROM BEACH AND AMENITIES This charming cottage has been sympathetically renovated to retain its original character but with all modern conveniences. Situated in the delightful village of Pentewan a short walk from the golden sandy beach and village pub and shops. Pentewan itself also offers cycle hire and watersports facilities and 3 local golf courses nearby. Situated on the south Cornish coast which is littered with picturesque harbours and fishing villages that still offer a taste of the real Cornwall. Mevagissey a fishing village the next cove along from Pentewan offers an authentic slice of Cornwall with its picture postcard harbour and narrow streets and offers a selection of pubs boutique shops and restaurants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive from your doorstep as is the Eden Project (acclaimed as the Eighth wonder of the world ) both of which combine education and beauty to create a must visit for any visitors to the County. St Austell is a short drive with it s brand new shopping centre White River Place. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with hair dryer and DAB clock/radio with bluetooth and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath electric shower over bath heated towel rail and WC (accessed via steep cottage-style stairs). Lounge: welcoming and cosy it offers ample seating in front of the open fireplace flatscreen TV DVD radio and Wi-Fi. Dining room: with ceiling at approximately 6 2 this is low in comparison to the rest of the property ample seating and an open-plan feel into the kitchen. Kitchen: newly fitted offering integrated dishwasher washer/dryer oven hob with extractor hood fridge (with ice compartment) and microwave. Outside: small patio area at the front of the property with table and chairs. Amenities: parking is available in the village square on a first-come basis but you can drop luggage off at the cottage.
