The cottage is attached to the owner s property and offers far reaching views over fields. The property set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside is a great place from which to explore the surrounding area Sandringham and the Queen s estate is a short drive along with many other grand houses including Houghton Hall. Bircham Windmill along with Castle Rising also popular. The North Norfolk coast is close with Wells Next the Sea and Blakeney Point. Fakenham and King s Lynn offer shops and restaurants and good pubs can be found in the surrounding villages. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 further double with bunk above. Bathroom: bath with shower over WC and underfloor heating. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD video and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge washing machine and microwave. Freezer in the garage. Outside: shared garden with garden furniture. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included April to September; there is a heating supplement of 25 payable direct to the owner applicable from October to the end of March inclusive. Wi-Fi is available however there is a security refundable deposit of 30 for the dongle payable to the owner. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 15 miles shops 3 miles and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
