A PERFECT BASE FOR EXPLORING THE COTSWOLDS This character cottage is situated in the heart of the small historic Saxon town of Cricklade lying on the edge of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just 20 metres from the River Thames. Cricklade is surrounded by lovely countryside and is ideal for walking riding and cycling. The town is at the southern gateway to the Cotswold Water Park which offers activities including sailing water/jet skiing fishing and bird watching. Cirencester is just 15 minutes away and is a delightful thriving market town also within easy reach of other popular Cotswold towns and villages. Swindon is the closest town about 10 minutes away with all its shopping including the Great Western Designer Outlet Village but within an hour are Salisbury Bath Bristol Gloucester and Oxford.
