The land borders the River Dipple and is an idyllic rural location surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside. The coastline and rock pool beach at Bucks Mills is a 10 minute drive and offers access to National Trust cliff-top walks. There are also long sandy surfing beaches within easy reach at Westward Ho! and Bude. There are a range of attractions nearby to suit all tastes which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets.
