The beach home of the first Surf Life saving Club in Great Britain is a few minutes level walk away and the beach locality has several fine hotels and restaurants and a large beach café. Bude s main shopping centre is within easy walking distance and only a few minutes by car. The town and its surrounding countryside is very un-commercialised and offers countless coastal and inland walks and of course is part of the South West s Coastal Footpath. It is also in easy reach of such gems as Clovelly Hartland Widemouth Bay Boscastle Tintagel and Port Isaac. Within an hour s drive you can be in Padstow Newquay or the Eden Project. Not much further away are countless other Cornish landmarks including Lands End as well as Dartmoor and Exmoor. This modern maisonette is situated on the ground floor and first floor in a three storey block of ten apartments. Access to the property is via one of two private entrances the front door has a telephone style release facility to let in any guests. The first floor offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with Juliet balcony TV and en-suite shower room with WC and Karn-Dean tile finish floor and 1 twin.
