Conveniently located just off the A39 situated in the hamlet of Black Cross makes this property a perfect base for exploring Cornwall and all that it has to offer. A short walk brings you to a leisure complex open to members of the public (seasonal) also a golf course riding stables and just a mile from a selection of pubs and shops ideal for any essentials. Landmarks include the Eden Project which is a short drive away you will also be well placed near to the surfing capital of Britain Newquay and the popular town of Padstow with a vast amount of shops restaurants to suit everyone s taste.
