This pretty little village has shops butchers fish & chip shop and a pub and is central to many of the county s attractions. Quiet country lanes for walking and cycling with nearby golf and fishing. Norwich is 13 miles away for castles museums theatres and restaurants and 5 miles from Dereham with restaurants pubs and shops there is an hourly bus service to both. The coastal towns of Blakeney where you can take a boat trip or Wells-next-the-Sea for long stretches of sandy beaches can be reached within the hour. Norwich Airport is 16 miles away and pick-ups can be arranged & only a 20 minute drive from University of East Anglia. An hours drive to the popular Suffolk coastal towns of Lowestoft and Southwold.
