For those who wish to stay closer to home you are welcome to wander freely around the farm and enjoy many walks which can start right from the cottage door. The market town of South Molton is a short drive (as is Barnstaple) with its twice weekly pannier/farmers markets. Lynmouth with its unique cliff railway to Lynton small pebble beach and spectacular walks along the coast path make a lovely day out. Amenities: ample off-road parking. With access direct from the parking area this accommodation is arranged on one level and is the upper floor of a banked barn with wide access doors suitable for wheelchairs and offers ONE bedroom: double with additional folding guest bed if required. Bathroom: with large double shower and folding wall mounted shower bench. The WC is equipped with grab rails and folding support rails. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan with large sofa bed to sleep 2 TV DVD Freeview gas cooker fridge freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine.
