15 ACRES OF MEADOWS WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AREAS AND SPECTACULAR SCENERY This attractive stone built cottage sits in a truly beautiful area attached to the owners farmhouse on the edge of Bodmin Moor. An ideal location for exploring all the attractions Cornwall has to offer including The Eden Project The Camel Trail and The Lost Gardens of Heligan to name but a few. Take a stoll along the Camel Trail and enjoy a snack at the Snail s Pace cafe at Wenford Bridge just under half a mile away from the property. Cycle hire coarse fishing and horse riding are all available within a couple of miles. Many walks pubs and restaurants are on hand to enhance your holiday and both coasts are within easy travelling distance. National Trust properties nearby include Lanhydrock Trerice and Trelissick. Ports and harbours such as Port Isaac Padstow and Charlestown are half an hour away by car. Stabling: available on the owners livery yard for your own horse(s) including grazing and sand school this can be arranged at a reasonable charge prior to your stay. The comfortable accommodation offers ONE double bedroom: with TV and en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan 32 wall-mounted TV/DVD woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen area with electric cooker microwave and fridge with ice-compartment. Wi-fi available.
