PERFECT RETREAT FOR PEACE AND QUIET IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE COAST 1 SMALL DOG WELCOME BETWEEN SEPTEMBER UNTIL END OF MARCH BABIES IN ARMS ONLY This wing of the 16th century farmhouse offers couples an ideal holiday location. Only a few miles from the sandy beach of Widemouth Bay and a variety of amenities at Bude which include Bude Canal where you can enjoy a walk as well as a selection of shops pubs restaurants and general entertainment. The pretty village of Stratton is close by where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in one of the 2 pubs. Keen golfers can enjoy a round at a variety of courses the nearest one being approximately 3 miles away. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom accessed by an open-tread staircase: featuring a Victorian iron king-size bed far reaching countryside views and en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: with TV Freeview DVD hi-fi and iPod dock. There is also a selection of books supplied. Kitchen: with dishwasher and microwave. Outside: pretty private courtyard with table chairs and BBQ. Use of shared garden and laundry room adjacent to the cottage. Amenities: roadside parking for 1 car on an unadopted road. Bed linen towels electric and Wi-Fi included. Central heating extra 20 per week between October and April payable direct to the owner on arrival. Regret no smoking. 1 small dog welcome between 1st September and 28th March. Additional info: the owner provides a few welcome treats including fresh flowers and a bottle of local cider. Babies in arms only regret no children. Location: beach 3 miles pubs 1.3 miles.
